An insurance industry veteran, Alan Schulman has 30 + years of professional experience servicing a multitude of company owners with their employee benefits. Alan focuses on containing and controlling increasing costs by prioritizing cost-effective solutions. Alan has been able to save his clients 10% to 20% on their current health insurance spend.

Alan currently serves on the Joint Legislative Task Force in Maryland, a group of health agents who work with their association’s lobbyist and meet with legislators in Annapolis to assist in the creation of laws that positively affect the cost of health insurance in the state of Maryland. He is also a member of the Maryland and DC Health Insurance Exchange Advisory Committees.

Alan has been a member for 20 + years with (MCSHRM) Montgomery County Society of Human Resource Managers.

He has lobbied the small business committee in Congress for health care reform, representing the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). Alan has been a member of NAHU for 33 years.
